Living in a global village, you would have thought that a greater awareness of other cultures would have reduced the potential for making errors when meeting in business and other situations. Unfortunately this is not the case.

Our programme can be used by those from abroad wanting to improve their communication abilities when doing business in the UK, for example, getting the best from exhibiting at a trade fair or tendering to a procurer.

Equally, our programme can be used for those in the UK wishing to avoid some elementary mistakes when trading abroad.
