What is the point of strong presentation skills if the substance of what is said is poorly thought out?

 

Applications?   When a project is losing momentum, if problem-solving is becoming one-dimensional, if solutions are becoming predictable and if teams are losing confidence in thinking the unthinkable. This is the time for positive deviancy!
